How much time does it take to shoot a house/property?
For example, a 2,000 sq.ft property will be up to one hour. The more complex the property, the more time that should be allocated.

Does someone need to be present when the property is being photographed?
If the property is tenant-occupied, then an agent/property manager/representative must be present at the appointment. If the property is homeowner-occupied, we will be happy to meet with the homeowner providing that the homeowner is given our Site Preparation Checklist and it's ready to photograph. If no one is on-site, we can arrive solo for an additional fee.
Do you stage the house/property for the photo shoot?
No. However, we have a Site Preparation Checklist to help you prepare for photography.
When can I except the finished real estate photos?
Photos are ready within 36-48 hrs of the appointment. Commercial Photography is a 72 hour turn-around. **We do offer a 24-hour Rush Service for an additional fee. Contact us for more details. Video services take 48-72 hours.
How many photos do I receive from a shoot?
A typical 2,000 sq. ft. home is up to 27 photos.
When are you available?
Monday-Friday. We do our best to be flexible for your schedule.
How many days in advance do I need to schedule for my photo shoot?
We typically recommend 3-5 days in advanced.
When do you require payment?
We require full payment before the release of the products.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept online payments (credit/debit cards), local verified checks, and cash.
Do you require a deposit when scheduling?
No, not for MLS or Vacation Rentals. However, we do require a deposit for out of town appointments.
What if I need to cancel or postpone my scheduled shoot?
Life happens. However, there may be an added cancellation fee or restrictions. Please see the Terms and Conditions for the full disclosure.
What if the weather prohibits the photo shoot?
Flagstaff weather is unpredictable, we all know this. In the unlikely event of sever weather (snow, fire, smoke, strong wind), we will be happy to reschedule.
Do you travel?
Yes, we travel throughout Northern Arizona. A travel fee applies for properties outside of a 15 mile radius from Flagstaff.
